it's only natural

There's a history to Italian food that goes back thousands of years. And there's a basic attitude of respect - to the food and to the people who you are cooking for.

That's why it resonates with me.

I've taken the same approach at the Mill in Laggan, in the New South Wales Southern Tablelands.

Good quality produce, cooked simply, served with good wine and good friends.

The picture on the left is taken at Milan railway station.

Like the world's great stations (Penn Station in NY; Central Station also in NY; Waterloo Station in London) Milan Station is always abuzz with a certain anticipation and crowds of people heading someplace else. Bistro Milano Central serves great food and wine at reasonable prices, feeding hordes of hungry travellers efficiently and with a certain sense of dash.
